We are absolutely thrilled with our table plan, table names and place cards.

Helen was totally amazing from the first contact right the way though. We were in constant contact and nothing was too much trouble. We told her what we were looking for and she produced 4 variations for us to choose from. The attention to detail was amazing and the whole process was completed in under the time period we were looking at.

"Where do I start? Perhaps trying to pick out some words to describe my experience with Helen (the mastermind and creative-extraordinaire behind Lily & Jacks).... Phenomenal, Amazing, beyond talented, attentive, just so unbelievably nice and kind! 
 

If you've ever tried to write a card to a loved one, but no amount of words can express how much you love them... this is almost a similar task trying to explain how amazing Helen is. Please note I randomly got in touch with Lilly & Jacks having seen a wedding fair post so there are no hidden ties for me leaving such a rave review (I'm conscious I sound like a No1 fan)!!
 

When planning a wedding you want a few things: good communication, affordability, high quality, knowledge and a stress-free process, and if you're anything like me then you want creativity and something unique... Lily & Jacks provide it all in humongous measures.
 

Helen created a bespoke design for me, working with me every step of the way, taking on my ideas whilst suggesting other elements which could work - the whole experience has been absolutely lovely and I have my dream save the dates, invites & RSVPs, then table numbers, plans, name cards, order of service and menu to follow. 
 

Along the way I've changed things around, swapped the numbers, made amends and it's all been handled in such an amazing manner - the level of customer service and pure friendliness and warmth is beyond imagination. They truly, truly care about what you want and the end results are just perfection!

I cannot recommend Helen enough, any of my friends or colleagues who get married from now on I will be urging to go to Lily & Jacks. 5 STARS - from start to finish and the most beautiful wedding stationary I've ever seen.

John and I received the first lot of our wedding stationary today and was taken aback by the beauty and quality of her work!

We honestly couldn't have imagined working with a more patient and kind and patient person. From the first email she has been unbelievably friendly and understand and even up for a joke or two! I can honestly say out of all the wedding planning we have done this has been the most stress-free and enjoyable part, which has only been enhanced by receiving such beautiful products. All throughout the design process not only did she encourage us to go for what we wanted and try things until we knew it was right for us, she promptly gave us proofs for us to see what our invitations would look like. She went above and beyond at every step, and showed incredible professionalism. 
 

We purchased all our stationary with her and could not be more excited to receive the stationary we will use on our wedding day! We know that not only will it will look stunning with our chosen theme and desired look, the quality will be amazing. We chose a design she already had on her website, but she still took the time to customise the colour for us so it would be perfect. And if you don’t see something you like you can always make your own custom design!! 
 

I don’t normally write this sort of thing, but I genuinely think if you are considering getting stationary for the level of service and quality of products you get, you should send an email. We can honestly say it was worth every single penny!!
