DESCRIPTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS

Whilst every effort is made to ensure colours displayed in photographs are a close representation, slight variations in the actual goods may occur. Goods that have been made by hand are done so to a high and consistent standard, however I cannot ensure that every item will be exactly the same. Goods made using one-off materials or a limited supply are unique, so expect variation. All measurements are rounded to the nearest cm, unless otherwise stated.

 

COPYRIGHT

Copyright in the design, text, graphics, photographs, layout and logo contained in the website is held by Lily and Jack's Paper Studio. You may not copy, download, reproduce, modify, publish, redistribute, publicly display or create derivative works from the content of our website without first obtaining permission from Lily and Jack's Paper Studio. If you are press and wish to use our images, please contact me first. 

 

PROOFS 

The customer is responsible for checking their proofs in particular ensuring that the colours, layout, wording, spelling and grammar are to expectations. Whilst I will do my upmost to ensure these are to the highest standard, once proofs are signed off by the customer, I cannot take responsibility for any errors missed and may need to charge for any re-prints if necessary unless errors have been made by me. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the right number of prints are ordered. I reserve the right to charge for further amendments to designs once proofs have been signed-off by the customer.

 

SUPPLYING TEXT

You will be asked to supply the text for your stationary and you are responsible for ensuring all the details and spelling is correct. You will have the opportunity to make changes in the initial amendments after receiving your digital proofs. All changes must be done before the design goes to print. Lily and Jacks Paper Studio takes no responsibility of text and grammar errors once artwork has been signed off. If replacements are required, they will be charged in full.

 

CUSTOMISING COLOURS

I do my best in working with the colours we feel works well with each design, but in certain cases you may wish to change the colours to fit in with your individual theme. I am happy to do this, but please be aware that colours can vary between computer screens when viewing digital proofs. Custom colours are your responsibility. If you wish to request printed proofs, there will be a charge of £25 per proof if you wish to check beforehand how the colours look printed.

CAN LILY AND JACK'S PAPER STUDIO REPLICATE A DESIGN I'VE SEEN ELSEWHERE?

Absolutely not. This is a violation of copyright law. If you have seen a design you love elsewhere, I would advise for you to contact and order from the original designer.

 

SAMPLES

My samples are available as a means for the customer to see the quality of the products I offer. Due to variables in design and print, I cannot guarantee that your order will replicate the sample received. I am dependent on suppliers whose product lines can vary. I aim to update the website and my customers of any changes as soon as they come in to effect.

 

ORDERS

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the order is correct. I retain the right to reject orders at any point during the order process. Alterations to orders may be made at our discretion after proofs have been signed-off with a cost incurred for the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify me of any alterations too orders as soon as possible. The customer must pay for orders in full before the final product is released for delivery.

 

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT

Payment for goods may be made by PayPal, or by electronic bank transfer. All necessary details are provided on the booking form. The non-refundable 50% deposit must be paid before before your order is confirmed an we can begin work on your stationery. You will be invoiced for the remaining balance on your order when all artwork has been signed off by yourself, ready to be printed. This will be payable within 5 working days. I will not print your stationery until the remaining balance has been paid. 

 

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

VAT is not applicable to any of my prices. I reserve the right to cancel any discounts offered either directly or through discount codes. Items are priced individually. From time-to-time pricing may be adjusted and the website will always display the most up-to-date price. I will do our very best to make it clear on the website if and when there is a problem with availability on any of the items.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unlike UK shipping, international delivery is not included in my prices. These are quoted on an individual basis. Any custom fees or import tax incurred during shipping are your responsibility. Lily and Jacks Paper Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

 

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND RETURNS
In the event of a wedding stationery order being cancelled prior to printing it will be charged at 50% of the order value which is non-refundable. Wedding stationery orders will not be eligible for cancellation or refund after final proofs have been approved and final balance paid. In the unlikely event of the order being cancelled by Lily and Jack's Paper Studio then you will be given a full refund.  Any damaged or faulty goods must be notified by email to me within 4 days of receipt and I will require you to return any or all damaged/faulty goods packed securely so as to avoid any damage likely to be incurred during transportation. If your stationery is deemed to be faulty on the part of Lily and Jack's Paper Studio, a replacement / refund will be issued. Lily and Jack's Paper Studio will only offer a refund on the items that are damaged/faulty.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel after this deposit has been paid and before your stationary goes to print, you will not be required to pay the remainder 50% balance. Once you have paid the final 50% balance, the sale becomes final.

Whilst I aim to keep the website up-to-date as possible, the information you see may not always completely represent the product 100%. I reserve the right to make any changes to any information on the website at any time.
