Introducing Digital Stationery!

How about being just a few clicks away from beautiful, environmentally friendly and affordable stationery for your wedding?


This is an offering I have for many months 'ummed and ahhed' about. My aim has always been to produce beautiful and well thought-out physical wedding stationery. You really can't quite beat having stunning, high quality invitations in your very hands.


But we are in, financially talking, difficult times and I want my stationery to be available to as many of you, no matter what your budget, as possible. It is there to be shared and loved!

So I have given in (lol) and would now like to offer the majority of my designs as a digital only option. For customers who are on a much tighter budget, want to be more sustainable or just wish to print themselves, you are now, for a flat one-off fee, able to order digital versions of your invitations. I have made all my designs available as digital versions.

Here are some FAQ's to hopefully answer any questions you may have regarding digital stationery, but please do not hesitate to email me if you have any other queries....


HOW DOES THIS SERVICE WORK?

I have designed this service as an alternative to my print offering.

The idea with this service is that many customers are perhaps on a much tighter budget, have printers (or even be one themselves!) they would like to use or would like to print their stationery themselves at home. This service is here to support that need.

HOW MUCH DOES THIS DIGITAL VERSION ONLY SERVICE COST?

I have a flat fee of £25.00 for each file required (i.e. Save the Date, Invitation, Guest Information etc)

HOW WILL MY FILE(S) BE SUPPLIED?

Once you have been through the checkout process, within 24 hours I will email across a form to fill in with your chosen wording. Once this has been emailed back to me, I will pop together a proof for you. This service includes up to x1 round of amendments upon seeing the proof. If further changes are required after this free round, there is a further charge of £8 per revision of which is payable before further revisions are made. Your final file(s) will be supplied as both a .jpg and .pdf file. The file(s) you receive will also be completely print ready. They will have a 3mm bleed and a resolution of 300dpi. If you have ordered more than one file version (for example an invitation and guest information) then I will email over a DropBox link for your files. Once you have received the files, you are free to use them how you wish - to either send electronically or print yourselves!

WHAT DIMENSIONS WILL THE DIGITAL FILES BE?

Save the Date: A6 (105 x 148mm)

Guest Invitation: 5x7 (127 x 178mm)

Guest Information: 5x7 (127 x 178mm)

CAN THE WORDING BE ALTERED?

The wording can be completely customised to how you wish and does not have to be worded the exact way as shown in the examples given. You will be asked for your wording upon ordering.

CAN THE FONT/COLOURS BE ALTERED?

The flat fee above is for the design as it is shown and provided. Should you wish to alter the font or colours, then an additional small fee will be charged. Please enquire beforehand if this is something you wish to have done.

IS THIS SERVICE AVAILABLE FOR 'ON THE DAY' ITEMS?

Currently it is just invitation items available to order online. But should you wish to order 'on the day' items such as Welcome Sign, Table Plan, Table Names etc, then this can be done. This service is most likely to be for customers who wish to organise the printing themselves. For a flat fee (price dependent on item itself) I am more than happy to provide this service.
